HELEN

Hair Artist

Helen can do a roller brush blow dry like no other. She is known for blow drying naturally curly hair into bone straight styles without chemicals and customizing beautiful hair colors. Hailing from the Dominican Republic where she completed her training at Nacided Beauty School, after 18 years of perfecting her craft Helen has made a name for herself in the United States, with her unique style of making clients look photo-shoot ready. Honey Salon found a multicultural gem when she joined the team six years ago and never looked back.

SHAWN

Hair Artist

Shawn Walton, an avid hair enthusiast, was spotted by celebrity hairstylist Kiyah Wright, while filming Sunday Best for BET. She hired him as her assistant and eventually, Shawn relocated to Los Angeles, CA where he began working at Warren Tricomi Salon on Melrose. Further developing his skills as a professional stylist Shawn headed for the Big Apple in search of a new high-end salon experience. Fortunately, he found his way to Honey Salon where he is in constantly in demand and booked to capacity.

MICHELLE

Hair Artist

Michelle "The Hair Maven" has been doing hair in Harlem for over twenty years. At the young age of 18, she attended Jon Louise Beauty School to eventually owning two salons of her own. For over five years, Michelle has been a member of the elite styling team at Honey Salon. Her wide range of hair styling skills go from short to long, natural blow outs and she specializes in natural looking hair extensions, with techniques that promote healthy hair and continued hair growth.
